Do you handle the COI for my building?
Yes. Many San Diego high-rises and HOA communities require a Certificate of Insurance and a reserved elevator. Send us your building's requirements and we file the COI and book the window before move day.
How does the flat rate stay fixed?
We build your quote from your real inventory and access, put it in writing, and honor it. As long as what we move matches what you told us, the number does not change on move day.
Can you move in the San Diego heat?
Every day. We pad and wrap every piece, keep items out of direct sun, and plan parking and access so loading stays quick. We hit your window, summer or not.
Do you offer storage between closings?
Yes. Climate-controlled storage, short or long term, with the cost folded into your written flat rate.
What areas do you serve?

How far in advance should I book my move?
One to two weeks is ideal, and month-end and weekends fill first. We still take last-minute and same-week moves whenever a crew is open, so it is always worth a call.
What deposit do you take to hold a date?
A small refundable deposit reserves your crew and date, and the balance is due only once the job is finished. Your written quote is always free.
Are there hidden fees for stairs, long carries or heavy items?
No. Stairs, elevators, a long carry from the door, or a piano or safe are all priced into your written flat rate up front, so move day matches the number you approved.
What happens if it rains on move day?
We move rain or shine. Floors and doorways are protected and every item is wrapped, so weather does not delay your move or put your belongings at risk.
How do you protect my floors and walls?
We lay floor runners, pad doorways and banisters, and blanket-wrap furniture before it is carried, so your old and new home come through the move clean.
